Online Gradebook

A new online gradebook is now available for our Complete Web Site solution. Following are some of the features of the gradebook.

• Classes can be created with numerous grading options, such as total points, total points with term averages and weighted categories with term averages.

• Term and Final grades are calculated automatically as assignments and individual grades are entered.

• Reports can be generated for individual student progress reports for single or multiple classes, and class or assignment summaries.

• Student Progress Reports are generated automatically as grades are entered for parents to view online.

• Grades can be exported directly to our School Administrator program to create report cards.

Latest Version Updates

The latest version of our gradebook includes the following updates.

• An option to Delete the Lowest Score is now available in the Tools menu.

• The current comments and custom codes are shown when entering these fields for students so teachers do not have to re-enter all of the comments or codes when making changes.

• The Class Summary and Assignment Summary reports now include the option to show grade distributions.

• The student ID column has been eliminated to give more space to view the assignments and grades.

• A check on the type of grading has been implemented to prevent teachers from choosing total points and then entering categories with weights.
