School Web Site Information The school picture, school logo, school news, about us information, enrollment information, alumni files and other items of the school's choice can be entered from the web site's online editor or created as local files and then uploaded to the school's web site. Class News can be entered with the web site's editor or created as local files by teachers and then uploaded to the school's web site. All of this information is set up by the school's web site administrator account. Accounts for administrators and teachers that allow them to access their information and upload files are created by the school's web administrator. Accounts are also created for families and students to allow them to view their specific information. The web site administrator can also automatically create letters that will explain to teachers, families and students how to access their accounts. Schools that contract for a Complete Web Site Solution have access to the new web-based online gradebook. This allows Student Progress Reports to to be updated automatically as student grades are entered. Schools that contract for a Premium Web site Solution can upload Student Progress Reports from each teacher's local Class Administrator gradebook to the school's web site.
