Web Site Types

Basic Web Site - Here you can create a site that will allow your families to view general information about the school, your school calendar, school news, enrollment information, lunch menus and other items of your choice. The basic web site allows a school to provide the following information:

  • School Contact Information
  • School Picture and Logo
  • Mission Statement
  • Faculty/Staff Positions and Email Contacts
  • General Information about the school
  • School News
  • Enrollment Information
  • Internet Links
  • School Calendar
  • Lunch Menus
  • Six other items of your choice

The cost of a basic web site is $200 per year. Basic web site information is available to all visitors to the school's web site.


Premium Web Site - The Premium site requires that your school use our School Administrator program. The premium web site includes all of the options in the basic web site plus this additional information:

  • School Directory
  • Teacher Web Pages
  • Individual Class News & Info
  • Student Attendance
  • Student Progress Reports (This option requires that teachers use EduConnect's gradebook program, Class Administrator.)

Student Attendance & Progress Reports are only available to administrators, teachers, staff, families and students of the school with valid accounts.

The cost of the Premium Web Site is $220 plus $.50 per student per year. This cost includes the annual Technical Support and Upgrade rights fee for the programs.


Complete Web Site - The complete web site includes all of the options in the premium web site plus the school's School Administrator program is hosted by our online community and the Teaches can use our web-based online gradebook.

This allows administrators and teachers to access the School Administrator information anywhere there is Internet access and eliminates the need to set up and maintain the School Administrator program at the school. In addition, all updates to the program are automatically installed by us.

With the online gradebook, Student Progress Reports are generated automatically as teachers enter grades.

In addition, families can be allowed to view their Tuition and Lunch payment information.

The cost of the Complete Web Site is $420 plus $.50 per student per year. This cost includes the annual Technical Support and Upgrade rights fee for the programs.
